Appellant ARE Shipping Limited (ARE) appeals the district court's order denying confirmation of the original judicial sale of the M/V SVERDLOVSK (the vessel). The district court denied confirmation of the sale and ordered a resale, stating as its reason the inadequacy of the sale price as compared to the third party claims.
