Woods Farmers Cooperative Elevator Company (the Coop), through its bankruptcy trustee, sued Z-Mega Farms Limited Partnership I (Z-Mega) in a diversity action. The Coop claimed that Z-Mega, and its codefendants, misappropriated Coop funds through a series of fraudulent transactions and breached contracts.
