By this action plaintiff seeks a declaration that a certain homeowner's policy issued by State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. (hereinafter referred to as State Farm) to plaintiff's father, Gennaro F. Pellegrino, affords plaintiff coverage in an underlying personal injury action in which he is named as a defendant, to wit, Miller v Pellegrino (Ct Common Pleas, Carbon County, Pa).
