BEAM, Circuit Judge.

Jeffrey K. Ragland (Ragland) appeals the district court's1 denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Ragland objects to Iowa's felony-murder law as interpreted and applied by the Iowa Supreme Court. We affirm.
