WILLIS, Judge.
On appeal from his convictions of attempted first degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Joseph Wilmer Gilley, Jr. contends that the trial court erred in admitting his prior felony convictions into evidence during the sentencing phase of his trial, because the Commonwealth had not complied with the fourteen day notice requirement of Code § 19.2-295.1. We find no error and affirm the judgment of the trial court.
