Keefe Adams appeals from a judgment of conviction of four counts of battery by a prisoner as an habitual offender contrary to §§ 940.20(1) and 939.62, STATS. The sole issue on appeal is whether the conviction and sentence must be vacated and the case dismissed because the State did not bring the case on for trial within 120 days after Adams filed a request for a prompt disposition of charges.
