PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs appeal as of right the trial court's grant of summary disposition in favor of defendants. We reverse.

On March 15, 1994, David Wilke was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of armed robbery, and one count of breaking and entering. Bail was set at $50,000.
