THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on confirmation of the debtor's second amended chapter 13 plan. The chapter 13 trustee and the City of Gainesville, a judgment creditor, object to confirmation of the plan on the grounds that the plan was not proposed in good faith as required by 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(3), and the plan does not satisfy the disposable income test of 11 U.S.C. § 1325(b)(1)(B)...
