TOMLJANOVICH, Justice.

On October 18, 1993, at about 3:30 p.m., a search warrant was executed at the home of appellant Andrea Wynne's mother, Joy Wynne, in Isanti, Minnesota. The warrant authorized the search of, among other things: the person of Joy Pamela Wynne or any other persons located at her residence at the time of the search, the cottage-type house in the process of being painted, the three or four out-buildings, the entire premises encompassed...
