Vincent Angiolo appeals from a judgment of conviction for party to the crime of theft pursuant to §§ 943.20(1)(a) and (3)(c), and 939.05, STATS. Angiolo argues that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant.
