ROGERS v. STATE

No. 94-2127.

673 So.2d 92 (1996)

Willie ROGERS, Appellant, v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

Rehearing Denied May 15, 1996.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Bennett H. Brummer, Public Defender and Kenneth P. Speiller, Special Assistant Public Defender, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General and Paulette R. Taylor, Assistant Attorney General, for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and BARKDULL and GREEN, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Of the several points raised on this appeal from convictions on two counts of first degree murder and related charges, the only one with even arguable merit presents no more than harmless error. See State v. DiGuilio, 491 So.2d 1129 (Fla.1986).
