Appellant, Daryl Leonard Morgan, was tried in the Lee County Circuit Court and convicted of the murder and armed robbery of Junior Dean Franks. Morgan filed his motions for post-trial relief and these motions were denied. Morgan, aggrieved by his conviction, appeals to this Court and assigns the following errors:
