Defendant Robert A. Anderson appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine and of attempt to possess and distribute cocaine. Defendant raises seven issues for review: whether his conspiracy verdict can stand when two codefendants indicted as coconspirators were acquitted; whether he can be convicted of attempt when he and his codefendants were charged both with attempt and aiding and abetting...
