MEMORANDUM OPINION

PETER J. WALSH, Bankruptcy Judge.

This is the Court's ruling on Debtor's motion to dismiss Woloshin, Tenenbaum & Natalie's ("WTN") Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. WTN, a law firm, brought this adversary proceeding against Debtor, seeking a determination that its claim against Debtor is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(15).
