Defendant, Alex Williams, was charged by bill of information with simple burglary, a violation of LSA-14:62. Defendant withdrew his initial plea of not guilty and pled guilty to the responsive offense of unauthorized entry of a place of business, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62.4.
