Sabina Weisbrot filed this suit under Title VII and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA") after her employer, the Medical College of Wisconsin ("MCW"), terminated her employment as a Research Technician. The district court granted MCW's motion for summary judgment on both claims. Ms. Weisbrot now appeals the entry of summary judgment on her ADEA claim.
