The plaintiff condominium and its board of managers sued Louise Albert, the defendant tenant, for the common charges which Joseph Stummer, the condominium unit owner, failed to pay. The owner filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy protection on June 10, 1992 and was discharged from his debts by an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court on December 3, 1992.
