BERGER, Justice:

John B. Devaney ("Devaney") appeals from an adverse decision in his jury trial against Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company ("Nationwide"). Devaney sought compensatory and punitive damages, alleging that Nationwide acted in bad faith when it denied Devaney's personal injury protection claim. In this appeal, Devaney argues that the Superior Court erred in several of its evidentiary rulings. Most notably, he complains about the admission of testimony...
