Appellant Muhammad Abdul-Saboor challenges the district court's denial of his motion to suppress the drugs and guns seized from his apartment during a warrantless search. The district court ruled that the search was valid as a protective sweep or, alternatively, because the evidence inevitably would have been discovered in the warranted search for documents conducted the next day...
