Corey Cunningham appeals his conviction and sentence for attempted first degree murder with a firearm.

At trial, the state sought to prove that Cunningham got out of a vehicle and twice shot the victim, who was walking with Tamika Bryant. Bryant was Cunningham's girlfriend at the time of the shooting.
