Loren Kitt, the principal clarinetist of the National Symphony Orchestra, appeals the dismissal of the three counts of his complaint seeking damages for invasion of privacy (false light), fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, stemming from the television coverage of a concert performed by the orchestra on July 4, 1993.
