DAVIS, J.:

The defendant, Carlos Moore, appealed from the denial of his motion to modify sentence and the sentence imposed after his plea of guilty to a charge of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer. He contends that he was denied his right to allocution at sentencing and is, therefore, entitled to a new sentencing hearing. We conclude that the defendant waived his right to allocution and affirm.
