Defendant was convicted by a jury of second-degree murder under M.C.L. § 750.317; M.S.A. § 28.549. The Court of Appeals reversed defendant's conviction on the ground that the criminal-agency component of the corpus delicti of the crime was not established independent of defendant's confession.
