Defendant was convicted of two counts of second-degree murder, M.C.L. § 750.317; M.S.A. § 28.549, and was sentenced to concurrent terms of fifteen to thirty years in prison, for killing two people while driving drunk. Defendant appeals his convictions and sentences as of right, and we vacate his convictions and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
