Regal Ware, Inc., appeals from a dismissal of its request for declaratory judgment against TSCO Corporation. The underlying complaint related to Regal Ware's termination of a long-standing agreement with TSCO, whereby TSCO brokered Regal Ware cookware to Japanese distributors on a commission basis.
