In case No. A-95-439, Gail L. and Robert L., the parents of Cassandra L. and Trevor L., appeal from a pre-adjudication juvenile court proceeding in which the State removed the two children from their custody and placed custody with the Department of Social Services (DSS). The parents maintain that the pre-dispositional order depriving them of custody of their children was improper because the evidence did not support the findings of the trial court...
