OPINION AND ORDER

QUILLEN, Judge:

Liability in this case is admitted. The jury returned a verdict of $14,000. It would surprise the Court if there was anyone in the courtroom at the time the verdict was rendered who was not shocked by the inadequacy of the amount. The Court will therefore not at this point review the injuries arising from the automobile accident, which included some permanent facial scarring suffered by a then thirteen year old girl...
