Plaintiff, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm), as subrogee of Rodney Luckhart, commenced this action by filing a complaint for breach of contract against Joyce Pontiac GMC, Jeep-Eagle, and Toyota, Inc.
