This appeal arises from a November 25, 1992 order of the Hinds County Chancery Court, First Judicial District, affirming the decision of the State Board of Medical Licensure to not reinstate Dr. Montalvo's medical license, which was revoked in 1987 after he was convicted on federal money laundering charges. Finding that the Board's decision was neither arbitrary nor capricious, and further, that it was supported by the evidence, we affirm...
