Winners Circle of Homes, Inc., plaintiff in action to recover a real estate commission, appeals the trial court's judgment which granted defendant's exception of no cause of action and dismissed plaintiff's suit. The judgment of the trial court is reversed and this matter is remanded for further proceedings.
