We granted certiorari to review the opinion in State v. Jenkins, ___ S.C. ___, 452 S.E.2d 612 (Ct.App.1994), in which the Court of Appeals affirmed petitioner's conviction for first degree burglary.1 We reverse and remand for a new trial.
