This appeal arises from the conviction of defendant, David Wayne Iles, Jr., for D.W.I., fourth offense, a violation of La.R.S. 14:98. The defendant was sentenced to ten years at hard labor, two years of which must be served without benefit of probation or parole, and the remaining eight years suspended, and supervised probation for five years after he serves his jail time.
