In this case of first impression, we must determine whether the trial court erred as a matter of law in concluding that a minor plaintiff cannot maintain an action for negligent infliction of emotional distress after observing his cousin drown on Appellee's property. After a review of Pennsylvania precedent, several opinions of our trial courts, and decisions in other jurisdictions, we conclude that the trial court properly found no cause of action...
