Gwendolynn Reiss appeals the district court's judgment dismissing her retaliatory discharge and sex discrimination claims against ICI Americas, Inc. We affirm.

Gwendolynn Reiss began working as a district sales manager (DSM) for Garst Seed Company in 1983. During Reiss's employment, Garst was purchased by ICI Seeds, Inc. which later merged with ICI Americas, Inc. (ICI). As a DSM, Reiss was responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising...
