HOOD, J.

Defendant entered a conditional plea of guilty of possession with intent to deliver 50 grams or more but less than 225 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iii); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iii), in return for dismissal of a charge of possession with intent to deliver 650 grams or more of cocaine. The trial court found substantial and compelling reasons to deviate downward from the statutory minimum of ten years and sentenced her to eight to twenty years' imprisonment...
