Defendant appellant Bobby Lee Smith was convicted of conspiracy to traffic in cocaine and trafficking in cocaine by possession and received active terms to be served consecutively. Defendant appeals, contending the trial court erred in denying his motions to suppress evidence obtained pursuant to execution of an anticipatory search warrant. We conclude that although the North Carolina Constitution does not preclude the use of anticipatory search warrants...
