The Appellant, William S. Eaton, appealed from a decision of the Circuit Court of Wood County granting summary judgment to the Appellees, the City of Parkersburg and Mayor Eugene A. Knotts, in Eaton's suit for wrongful termination of his employment. By opinion dated July 19, 1996, this Court affirmed the judgment of the circuit court.
