The Colfax Corporation submitted bids for asbestos removal from Illinois Tollway oases and maintenance buildings and as the lowest bidder was optimistic about receiving the work. When that did not happen, Colfax sued the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority and two labor unions — the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators Union Local 17 and the Laborers International Union, Local 225 — plus various officials...
