In this case, we are asked to resolve a dispute concerning underinsured motorist coverage. Florence E. Scott, appellee and cross-appellant, was injured in a two-car collision. At the time, she was one of several passengers in a car operated by Norvin Jones that was insured by the Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company ("Hartford"), appellee.
