Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, and a new trial is ordered. No questions of fact have been raised or considered.

The defendant was arrested and indicted for the sale of crack cocaine. Prior to trial, a Sandoval hearing was held. The prosecutor sought to cross-examine the defendant, should he testify, inter alia, about the facts underlying a prior youthful offender adjudication which involved the possession of marihuana and cocaine...
