This is a Wayne Circuit Court action to enforce a 1982 judgment of divorce. Defendant appeals by leave granted an order denying her motion for summary disposition brought pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7). We reverse the ruling of the lower court and remand for further proceedings. In doing so, we hold that the filing of plaintiff's complaint to enforce the judgment is controlled by the time computation rules...
