This is an appeal by Debtor, Myron Lee McFatter ("Debtor" or "Appellant"), from Orders entered on October 31, 1995 and April 11, 1996 (Appeal Rec. # 7 and 11) by the Bankruptcy Court denying a claimed homestead exemption on six acres of land (the "Property").
