After a bench trial in the circuit court of Cook County, defendant, Reginald Echols, was found guilty of two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 56½, par. 1401(a)(2)), and one count of attempted possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, par. 8-4). Defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of 15 years...
