This appeal stems from a breach of contract claim brought by N & N Contractors, Inc., ("N & N") against Urban Masonry Corporation ("Urban"). Urban was a subcontractor on a major construction project in the District of Columbia (the "District") and N & N was a subcontractor of Urban.
