PER CURIAM.

This court previously held that Jack O. Morse violated Standards 4, 22(b), and 45 of State Bar Rule 4-102 and remanded to the Review Panel of the State Disciplinary Board for a recommended punishment.1 By a divided vote, the review panel recommended that Morse receive a public reprimand. Since Morse has exhibited a pattern of repeated disregard of the disciplinary standards, we reject that recommendation and order his suspension...
