This is an appeal by Brian Howard Bainbridge, defendant-appellant, from the denial of his application, pursuant to former Neb. Rev.Stat. § 39-669.19 (Cum.Supp.1992), for reduction to time served of a 15-year revocation of his motor vehicle operator's license. Section 39-669.19 has since been transferred to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 60-6,209 (Reissue 1993). The county court for Douglas County denied Bainbridge's application for reduction. The court found...
