Richard Shofer appeals from three separate orders of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. The three orders, entered by three different circuit court judges during three separate hearings over the course of four years, dismissed individual damage claims from Shofer's complaint against The Stuart Hack Company (Hack Co.) and Stuart Hack (Hack) personally. The circuit court, pursuant to Maryland Rule 2-602(b), certified the three orders as final judgments...
