Defendant Gary Dupaquier was convicted of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) (1988), using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) (Supp. II 1990), and possession of an unregistered firearm in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d) (1988). He now appeals his convictions and sentences on all three counts. We reverse...
