This is an appeal from an order in which the trial court upheld Count One, racketeering, as legally sufficient and dismissed Count Two, conspiracy to commit racketeering. The state appeals the court's dismissal of Count Two. We affirm. The defendants cross-appeal the court's ruling that Count One is legally sufficient. We reverse.
