Sandra L. Rinck appeals the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of the Association of Reserve City Bankers ("ARCB"). The Superior Court ruled that an employment contract did not exist between Ms. Rinck and ARCB, and therefore the termination of Ms. Rinck's employment was not a breach of contract by ARCB.
